Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, including your order details and tracking information once the order has shipped.

Delivery Issues:

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at [customer service email] immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
